1. General
These terms and conditions apply to Onward marine e-Gift
Cards purchased via our website stage.onwardmarine.com.
By purchasing an Onward Marine e-Gift Card you accept these terms &
Conditions. Onward Marine reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate
the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions
will always be posted at stage.onwardmarine.com
Onward Marine e-Gift Cards can be used online at stage.onwardmarine.com or in person at our
head office. You can use e-Gift cards to pay for the full value or part of the
value of your selected item(s). If your purchase is not completely covered by
the Onward Marine e-Gift Card you can use an additional payment method to complete
the purchase.
2. Delivery of e-Gift Card
When you purchase an Onward Marine e-Gift Card it will be
sent to the chosen recipient’s email address immediately after the purchase is
complete.
When ordering an Onward Marine e-Gift card you are obligated
to provide a correct email address for delivery.
3. Validity
Each online purchase of an Onward Marine e-Gift card is
limited to a maximum value of £250. The minimum value for the Onward Marine
e-Gift Card is £15. If you wish to purchase a higher value, you can do so by
purchasing multiple e-Gift Cards.
Onward Marine e-Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the
date of purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the Onward Marine
e-Gift card cannot be used for purchase, nor can the unused remaining value be
refunded.
If you have paid for your order with two different payment
methods, you’ll receive a refund on your second payment method first. For
example, if you paid for your order with an e-Gift card and credit card, we
will first refund you on the credit card. If the value of articles you returned
exceed the amount paid with the credit card, the rest will be refunded in the
form of an e-Gift card. The e-Gift card issued as part of the refund will have
a validity of 12 months from the point of issue.
The Onward Marine e-Gift card will be sent to you by email
when the return is complete.
4. Returns Guarantee
You have a 14 day return period (beginning the day after
delivery of your e-Gift card) to cancel your purchase of your e-Gift card.
During this period, a full refund will be given, assuming that the e-Gift card
has not been redeemed, either partially or in full.

5. Limited Liability
Onward Marine cannot be held liable for Onward Marine e-Gift
cards once delivered electronically, which are subsequently lost or stolen.
Please treat your Onward Marine e-Gift cards as you would cash.
6. Exclusions
Please note that you cannot use an Onward Marine e-Gift card
to purchase another Onward Marine e-Gift card.
